 Description

For a resource (package or individual title) within an agreement support setting custom coverage dates.

For a package, this would indicate that any coverage on a particular title within the package should be curtailed (or treated as curtailed) to the custom coverage set on the package

For a title, this would indicate that the custom coverage should be used instead of the default/normal coverage for the title
