 Description
Text case rules
FOLIO only uses sentence case. Therefore, the first letter of a label or sentence shall be the only one capitalized.
Exceptions:
The word “FOLIO” should always be all capitalized.
Recognized acronyms such as “PO” may be capitalized when appropriate for a certain context.

Currently, there is a high compliance, although there seem to be some exeptions:

  • Differences between multiple occurences (e.g. Harvesting status values displayed in result list (first letter not capitalized) vs. in filter (capitalized)
  • Labels consisting of two words: both words capitalized instead of only the first ( e.g. "Harvesting Status" instead of "Harvesting status", "Latest Statistics", ...)
  • ...

All labels and other texts should be formatted according to the text case rules quoted above.
