 Description

We have a new UI requirement to remove "+" plus signs from buttons. See - https://ux.folio.org/docs/guidelines/components/button/
Stripes-force has addressed this requirement at the component level.
In Inventory we have some hardcoded "+" signs.

Requirement: All plus "+" signs in instance, holdings, and item records should be removed from buttons.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. Given I am in Inventory (instance, holdings, and item records)
  2. When I view a button (e.g. Add or New)
  3. Then I should not see a plus "+" sign on that button.

Instance record:

Holdings record:

Item record:

See app remove "+" plus signs specific requirements under Button inconsistencies

Moving this from P2 to P3 because (1) this feature isn't in scope for the currrent quarter and (2) this doesn't qualify as a P2 per the current bug priority definitions: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/wiki/display/DQA/Defect+Priority+Definition (in fact, it is really more of P4)

Hi Владислав Велицкий Checked the instances, holdings, and items screens in folio-snapshot. All look good, except 2 brand new fields - Preceding and Succeeding titles. See attached screenshot. Leaving this In review for now.

Charlotte Whitt See attached screenshot. Should we fix Preceding/Succeeding in this story, or is it being handled in some other way? (do we need a new story, do we need to just wait for translation?)

Thank you!

Hi Ann-Marie Breaux, thank you for your comment, Preceding/Succeeding are new titles and they weren’t in the current branch, so I updated the PR with corrections for these two buttons and merged it soon, tomorrow, I think it will be possible to double-check

Hi Владислав Велицкий Tested on folio-snapshot-load. The + sign is gone from the Preceding/Succeeding buttons. Thank you! Closing this ticket.
