Anton Emelianov I think you have people looking at this, right? Maybe you can assign this issue to whoever is working on it and give it a priority? I'd say P1 since it's blocking bugfest testing.

Cate Boerema, this is not a P1, because testers created users with 2 overlapping permission sets that caused MODPERMS-64 Closed . That being said there is a work around available - meaning that they can clean up their permissions and login will work. I think we can close this one as a duplicate of MODPERMS-64 Closed .
