| Description |
|
The accept item service creates instance, holding and item records and places a hold on the item. If something goes wrong during that process (e.g. item creation fails, place hold fails) the module goes back and attempts to delete and instance, holding and item records that may have been created during the process. The lack of support for delete instance prevents it from deleting the instance it created. This isn't a 'critical' issue but it could cause a 'stray' instance to be left over from a transaction that went bad. Note: the instances are 'suppress from discovery'. Creating a record of this issue so it can be re-tested when the delete instance story is completed. |

Hi Michelle Suranofsky You're the PO for NCIP? This bug was on the UXPROD project in Jira, but I've just moved it to MOD-NCIP. I'm not sure if this is still relevant or not. Could you review it when you get a chance? Thank you! |
