 Description   

Overview: "We are sorry" screen when logging out of Member tenant after switching affiliations

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Demo env URL in browser
  2. Select Central tenant - fs09000000
  3. Log in as "folio" user
  4. Click on user profile section at the right side of top navigation bar
  5. Select "Switch active affiliation" option
  6. Select any Member tenant (e.g., "college") in modal
  7. Click "Save & close" button in modal
  8. Click on user profile section at the right side of top navigation bar
  9. Select "Log out" option

Expected Results: Logout screen is shown with "Logout" button 

Actual Results: A srceen with "We are sorry" message and "Invalid redirect uri" text is shown (see screencast). No controls available for user to get back to login screen

Not reproduced when logged in directly to Member tenant as a user created via API for this tenant
