 Description

If a task on the mod-data-export-worker stops, all running jobs are stuck IN_PROGRESS or SCHEDULED status forever, depending on the status of the job when mod-data-export-worker restarted.
For 50 jobs, which stuck IN_PROGRESS status increases CPU usage by 3%

Hi Magda Zacharska There was no dev team on this bug - looks like it should be Firebird? Please adjust if it should go to a different team. Thank you!
