 Description

In MARCcat edit an old record and add a new tag 700 to enter an heading (Name, Subject or Title ...), save the heading and save the record.

Checking the record, you'll notice that the new entered tag 700 is empty. You need to edit the record and save it again to see the new tag valued. Probably the full cache isn't immediately updated.

I have modified the management of creation of the only tags that have a heading (names, control number, classification, title, subjects, title name,) in the record edit.
I had to set the heading to the new tag, a mandatory operation only for generating the string text of the tag in FULL_CACHE table and not for saving the record.
The tag in the FULL_CACHE table was present, but it was empty without the string text.
I re-added the tag sort order on the record saved in the FULL_CACHE.
I request tests.
