Started a github project, and asked John to create a Jira project (see FOLIO-949 Closed )

I have a very trivial mock module that can produce a list of two records, or one record by id. Not much mock data in them yet, but something that shows that it can be done. Based on RMB.

Where is the GitHub module?

Closing this, we now have a dedicated Jira project, MODCXMOCK. Work continues in MODCXMOCK-1 Closed , MODCXMOCK-2 Closed , MODCXMOCK-3 Closed , MODCXMOCK-4 Closed , etc.
