We currently have a largish number of open pull requests. Some seem to be unnecessarily in that state. Also with so many notifications in general, these may get lost. Consider various ways to raise awareness. Also consider what documentation needs to be created to assist people to know when to just merge, when and how to seek comment or approval, and what to do when asked to conduct review. |

This was discussed at this week's CI meeting. One suggestion is to automatically create a Jira issue. Assess the trade-offs, e.g. having even more notifications. |
