 Description

Reported by Chason Luis:

I run the `folio-ansible` project on vagrant, but when it executes to the Role of `mod-auth-data` — `Login as {{ admin_user.username }}` , I got an error , which said ‘ no such credential ’. I think there maybe something wrong with the data which inserted into database.

Duplicated with local build. Likely the changes to mod-auth-data role to support addressing by UUID instead of username were not backwards compatible.

Quite a lot of refactoring had to be done to allow the Ansible roles in folio-ansible to work with either the old auth by username and the new auth by id authentication subsystem. It now works in my testing.
