Preparing upgrade from Nexus OSS 3.02 to 3.13.

  • Dedicated EC2 instance
  • Moving to non-Docker installation

The Nexus repository is has been set up on a dedicated EC2 instance and upgraded to the latest version. S3 blob storage can be done at a later time. Updating to the DNS to point to the proxy on the new EIP still needs to be done.
