| Description |
|
Purpose: Align the workflows in JIRA projects so they all use the same. You can use UIU as an example of the correct workflow. |

Hi John. I was talking to Jakub about this and he suggested i create an issue for this. Hopefully all makes sense. |

John, To clarify, there is a multitude of issues with some of the projects. Besides "workflow", the notifications, permission and user roles seem not be aligned. I think all project (including new ones to come) should use: Issue Types: Issue scheme for UI app projects Everything else, as Care suggests in the description should be aligned with UIU. |

This should be complete. Let me know if I missed anything. The exception I made was to add the Project Lead for most projects to the Project Manager role so that they can manage Releases. |

John Malconian I don't think this is necessary, I have added the "Project Lead" role to the "Administer Project" permission in the ID permission scheme. So any Project Lead should have this capability automatically. Project Manager role is getting notifications about all issues and state transitions, we have discussed in Dublin that Project Leads should only get notifications for when issues are created. Would you please remove leads from PM roles? |
