Maybe bring this question to the Product Council for collaboration and coordination? |

This issue is a bit confused at the moment. The title is a practical documentation change, while the body talks of general process to get feedback from the SIGs. I don't think discussions of general process really belong in a JIRA issue. The Product Council does seem like the right place for that. In fact, Kirstin Kemner-Heek, Sharon Wiles-Young and I have emailed about this already and we should pick it up again in the next PC meeting. I think the body of this JIRA issue should be changed to concern the documentation changes needed (not sure there really are any needed, honestly). I'll do that. |

Michael Winkler Mike, we have discussed this on the last call and the conclusion was that developers needn't send anything directly to SIGs for review as this is already covered in the current process both before and after the implementation phase:
What we have discussed also is that the Jira guidelines for developers need to be updated to reflect the current state of things so this issue has morphed to represent that. |

During my discussions with SIG members last month, they expressed that they were not being presented the results and asked for feedback. Is this something very new? after implementation: POs (product owners) review the implemented work and present it to the SIGs to get feedback on implemented functionality. |

Holly Mistlebauer, we haven't started the PO demonstrations yet. It's something I've discussed with Kirstin and Sharon as something we'd like to start up. We'll discuss more in the next PC meeting. |

@jakub, this story is cluttering up our for-next-sprint query. Can we resolve it? I'm going to put it down to P3 for now. |
