| Description |
|
Overview: When navigating across various screens/apps in FOLIO on Snapshot, a User keeps having to log on again. This is not happening because of RTR refresh at 10 minutes, and it's intermittent. It will not work the first time, but then it will work the next time. Steps to Reproduce:
Expected Results: When navigating from one app to another, or editing/duplicating a record, the user should not have to log on again Actual Results: Log on screen sometimes is displayed Additional Information: See attached videos, and one error log Interested parties: Zak Burke Khalilah Gambrell |

Kateryna Senchenko Mariia Aloshyna Zak Burke Khalilah Gambrell Please see attached videos and error info. I'm not sure if this is a Snapshot general issue, a Poppy and/or Quesnelia issue, or what. It's intermittent and really frustrating. Testing an export and import, and then viewing records in Inventory and the import log, I ended up having to log onto Snapshot 4 or 5 times. I've put this in the FOLIO project for now. Any ideas? |
