Branch FOLIO-391 Closed created in folio-ansible repository. Repurposed mod-auth-src role as mod-auth, split off mod-auth-sample role for deploying Node.js sample modules.

Created new Vagrant box on Atlas, folio/folio-backend-auth. The auth modules are loaded and hooked up for mod-users and the diku tenant. A sample user ("diku_admin" with password "admin") is loaded and has the permissions necessary to deal with mod-users.

folio-backend-auth updated with extra authn users (and with mod-metadata modules). Merged pull request into folio-ansible.
