 Description   

Upgrade to SIL engine Jira plugin version 4.8.0.16 disables the plugin and the Power Custom Fields plugin. This is a compatible plugin version.

Will attempt to resolve by manually installing previous version of plugin.  Unfortunately this means restarting Jira.

Also reported error to cPrime support.   Assigned case number CADS-7962.

Was able to resolve this by:

  1. shutting down Jira
  2. removing plugin cache directories 
  3. restarting Jira
