Update to Jira 8.13.3 is complete. Leaving issue open for now so that any issues can be logged and addressed. |

The "Create" button and "Search" field in the nav-bar overlap. NBD, and the "Create" button is still clickable, but just barely. Is it possible to shrink the giant "Jira Software FOLIO Issue Tracker" button at left? Just changing "FOLIO Issue Tracker" to "FOLIO Issues" might be sufficient. |

Zak Burke: I expect Malc went to bed. I'm up early, though, and found a configuration option (uncheck "Show Site Title") to help in at least the short term.

I made this better by putting the FOLIO Project name and logo in that position rather than the Jira Software logo. |

That's much better, Peter Murray! It's nice to see the FOLIO logo there too. Also, I don't know if the mis-aligned baseline of the JIRA logo and menus in the original nav-bar made your eyes bleed too, and so you fixed that intentionally, or if you just naturally have a good design eye and fixed it subliminally, but I thank you for that as well. |

thanks, Peter Murray. That looks much better. |

Peter Murray It looks like the sharing options have changed for boards and filters. See Jira sharing error.PNG and Jira add viewers.PNG. There's lots more options, but they have removed the option for sharing with everyone. Do you have a recommendation of what to use now? And is there a way you could update all the current shares for "Everyone on the web" to some new default, so that we don't have to fix them one by one? Thank you |

I also get the attached error Folijet board error.PNG when trying to view the Folijet scrum board |

And I also added a screenshot showing the old sharing option (anyone on the web) versus the broadest sharing option we seem to have now (anyone who is logged in) Different share options.PNG |

I believe the Folijet board error Ann-Marie Breaux saw is related to Jira analytics/data collection so I disabled it for now. More information. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWSERVER-16578 https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver0713/data-collection-policy-964984084.html

Ann-Marie Breaux Indeed, the broadest sharing option for boards and dashboards now appears to be 'anyone who is logged in', however, I'm not aware of any method to make a bulk board sharing change via the UI. There is even an open Atlassian issue about this. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-47671. |

Thanks John Malconian As far as I can tell, the sharing permissions only come up if you change a filter or board. It won't let you save the changes until you update the permissions. For mine, I've just been updating the permissions to "anyone who is logged on." One good change is being able to share edit permissions with other people. That used to be hard to find and assign.

John Malconian I'm still seeing the large error message at the top of the Folijet board, but we seem to be able to ignore it for now. |

|
Is it consistent, Ann-Marie Breaux? Because I'm not seeing it overlaying the Folijet board right now. |

Hi Peter Murray It's definitely happening consistently for me. I'll check with the rest of the team to see if it's showing for them. I'm on a PC, using Chrome, if that matters. The other thing I've noticed is that the top blue menu bar sometimes disappears after I click it. I have to open a new Jira screen to get it back. Do you know if that's happening for anyone else? |

Hi Peter Murray The Folijet devs in Ukraine are not seeing the error - and they're using PCs and Chrome like me. If it's just me, don't worry about it. It's no problem to click the little x and make it go away |
