We're strongly suspecting that there is a new issue with patron notices not being sent out.
A user reported this for a loan with due date 20191216. We have tested and can confirm that we have not received curtesy notice or overdue notice as expected, for loans with recent due dates. Only scheduled notices seems to be affected.
My test user has barcode 4444444444
When looking at our dashboard for last week, I would also say that the number of emails sent (which includes all kinds of notices and loans receipts) are far too low compared to the number of expected notices to be sent out tomorrow.
Could something be blocking the email server again?
