 Description

Now that the container memory allocation is being managed via the LaunchDescriptor "Memory" property (see docs and FOLIO-1729 Closed ) we can remove the old experimental "metadata" section from the ModuleDescriptor of each back-end module.

This was being utilised solely to automate a basic readme deployed to Docker Hub. Now we are instead using various information gathered from the default LaunchDescriptors ( FOLIO-2237 Closed ).

So now remove the "metadata" section of each.
