Did a pg_dump of BugFest (data only) and uploaded here https://folio-public-sample-data.s3.amazonaws.com/bugfest.tar.gz

Per stand-up discussion, the scope of this ticket has changed to enrich perf env data set to have more circulation data (requests for example), so we can see comparable performance metrics between perf env and bugfest env.

On the topic of data for inventory, UChicago believes we can identify sharable data and dump it out in the Daisy schema. One significant wrinkle is the reference data, our reference data is customized to local needs, so all of our UUIDs will be different for bib status, items status, format, resource types, locations, etc. We could also share our reference data to be loaded along with the inventory data.
Further, none of our users (referred to in the metadata, like "created by") will be in the project's data. We could drop those users from the metadata, if that won't create problems for use.

Clean and correct perf data set. The latest build is fine https://jenkins-aws.indexdata.com/job/Automation/job/folio-perf-platform/325/
