| Description |
|
Rancher is used to manage the FOLIO project's K8 clusters. It should be run in a highly-available, production configuration. An HA Rancher configuration consists of running Rancher on a dedicated K8 cluster. Set up Rancher on a dedicated AWS EKS cluster, ideally using the dev.folio.org domain. Implement backup strategy and document accordingly. |

https://rancher.dev.folio.org has been deployed as an RKE cluster on AWS. Additional info and configs can be found in the folio-infrastructure repo in CI/eks/rancher.dev.folio.org. |
