| Description |
|
The create-tenant-admin role creates a user, credentials, and permissions record, but not a service-points-user. The role should check to see if inventory-storage is available for the tenant, and if so, create a service-points-user record. The effect of this is that the diku_admin user on the reference environments can't use checkin/checkout without updating the user record in the UI. |

Fixed, overnight builds should have the service-points-users record for diku_admin |
