 Description

Wayne Schneider John Malconian Similarly to other recent changes, are there any changes needed, e.g. parameter / memory configuration needed to include mod-source-record-storage in the snapshot based builds?

Oleksii Kuzminov Please confirm whether this can be closed as a duplicate (SRS is already in Core-platform, isn't it?)

Wayne Schneider Marc Johnson if this is a Core Platform task, then perhaps it's better to link it to a Core-Team feature instead of a Folijet one?

Ann-Marie Breaux As I know mod SRS is not included in Core-Platform
From our side, I don't see any work we need to do.

Oleksii Kuzminov Marc Johnson does ui-inventory, mod-inventory, or mod-inventory storage need to express a requirement for the source-record-storage interface? If not, then mod-source-record-storage should not be included in the core platform build, I think (because it doesn't satisfy any required dependencies). It is already included in the complete platform build.

Wayne Schneider mod-inventory depends on mod SRS

Comment by Wayne Schneider [ 26/Jun/19 ]

That dependency is not expressed in the module descriptor for mod-inventory, is it?

https://github.com/folio-org/mod-inventory/blob/607869ac3084d3834c8234b8bb2b69036e6c50a6/descriptors/ModuleDescriptor-template.json#L162

Why does mod-inventory require the source-record-storage or the source-record-storage-batch interface?

Oleksii Kuzminov Marc Johnson Wayne Schneider Let's sort this out. are there MOD dependencies, or perhaps only UI dependencies, or both? UI-Inventory defintely reacts differently if there is a source record in SRS or not, but I don't understand well enough to know if that's an official dependency or not.
