 Description   

While investigating FOLIO-1763 Closed , found that some frontend repositories do not have their Jenkinsfile configured to be "runSonarqube = true".

The script folio-infrastructure/verify-repo-config reports missing configuration of various features including "runSonarqube".

Configured those two repos, and also tested a basic PR in each.

Now status "In code review" to await a subsequent PR with actual code changes, to verify that Sonar code coverage report is happening.

If the Sonar code coverage is not happening, then that is not this issue, but is something like FOLIO-1818 Closed .
