 Description

Overview:
It seems to be an ongoing issue that the language is changed for the 'diku' tenant on the folio-testign/snapshot-stable environments. This makes it difficult to test/review/approve stories w/o interfering with whomever is conducting language testing.

Approach:
Setup and dedicate one or more tenants to language testing. The 'diku' tenant's language setting would be set to English, or at least there's no guarantee that someone wouldn't change it back to english.

Suggestion: it may be helpful to re-use the 'diku/diku_admin' username/credentials in these new tenant(s) to avoid confusion.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • One of more tenants are automatically provisioned in each of the hosted reference/testing environments for purposes of language testing
  • These tenants and their purpose are documented in a highly visible, public location

One added benefit of this is that it might help identify multi-tenancy issues that might not have come to the surface yet as these envs have so far been limited to a single tenant.

Clearly there's more to this than just creating the tenant... At the very least additional webpack bundles would need to be created/hosted, and there will likely be implications for DNS.

It would also be helpful to figure out who performs this language testing and get some feedback from them. If we do wind up implementing this we'll need to educate them on where to go to do this language testing.
