 Description   

In Folio, for upload to be scalable - all modules involved - including Okapi must operate in streaming mode - and should not buffer any HTTP bodies in memory except for "chunks".

With Okapi 2.23.0 ( OKAPI-693 Closed ) and RMB 23.5.0 ( RMB-326 Closed ) the core components are in place to implement this.
