 Description

In order to more easily notice when date and time information is not calculated or displayed correctly based upon the chosen time zone of the organisation (tenant), we could use a timezone that is not UTC (as this is likely defaulted to in many code libraries for example).

Our current reference environments default to a United States locale and a time zone of UTC. I think this example may well hide aspects of missing timezone related support, and isn't necessarily a realistic example.
