 Description

John Malconian turned on TestRail integration with Jira early this year under FOLIO-1046 Closed at the request of Mark Veksler. Since then, our trial subscription ended and some folks have reported that Jira occasionally gets hung up waiting for a TestRail callback to complete. Jakub Skoczen hit that during the round-up call today and asked me to follow up. He also mentioned that there may be renewed interest in TestRail (yes, Anton Emelianov?) as we pursue additional testing for this project.

Could we decide to either (1) remove TestRail from Jira if we're not going to use it or (2) get it properly enabled so we don't have to wait for Jira to wait for those TestRail API calls to timeout?

Zak Burke, I enabled TestRail plugin in Jira for ui-request modules only. In that module, I tested integration using https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UIREQ-120.
Within this ticket, I was able to create the test case in TestRail - C19. You could see it in the TestRail section of the Jira ticket. Integration appears to be working fine.

As of right now, no other projects will be affected by TestRail integration. Please let me know if someone continues having issues.
