The source code indicates it uses the MIT license. https://github.com/eXtensibleCatalog/NCIP2-Toolkit/search?q=license&unscoped_q=license |

Incorporating MIT-licensed into Apache2-licensed systems seems to be okay, judging from [The Free-Libre / Open Source Software (FLOSS) License Slide](https://www.dwheeler.com/essays/floss-license-slide.html) by David Wheeler. I can't find a best practice right off hand, but I think we would want to include something in the GitHub repo's README.md file that lists the included library and its license. We haven't been very clear on this in the FOLIO Project so far, though. |
