 Description   

I am looking for guidance/best practice for notifying FOLIO admins for when an existing module is updated to require new permissions.

For example - steps are as follows:

(1) A module currently only has the standard permissions set for access(module.NAME.enabled and settings.NAME.enabled)
(2)Users have been defined in FOLIO which access this module
(3)The module is updated to require new permissions and possibly more specific permissions for access.
(4)When new module is released, existing users will not have access until their permissions are revised
(4)How are updated permissions requirements conveyed to admins?

For now, the way to convey this is - documentation on the release with a major version of the release (noting this). Sys admins would need to recognize and apply newly required permisssions
