 Description

During the changes in CIRC-35 Closed the priority element of loan rules is now required for parsing, so it needs adding to the examples in our environments in order for loan rules application to continue to work

A build with the 3 PRs in place:

https://github.com/folio-org/folio-ansible/pull/101
https://github.com/folio-org/mod-circulation/pull/83
https://github.com/folio-org/mod-circulation-storage/pull/70

works just fine. The loans added via the circulation API appear to be OK: loans.json

Marc Johnson, Julian Ladisch – if this is all you need, feel free to merge the PRs in question (I can't merge the folio-ansible PR until the other two are done, I assume). Thanks!
