 Description

The UI should be consistent when a user lacks permission to do something, e.g. you are allowed to see user-details but don't have permissions to view proxies or loans.

  1. Should the section be omitted completely?
  2. Should we show the header with a "you don't have permission to see this" type of message?
  3. Should we show the header with an empty list?

If we show the header, what should be shown on the closed accordion?

Zak Burke The general principle is that we simply hide the section in question. The same is true for apps, user profiles, inventory records, buttons, options in dropdown menus, etc. If the user does not have access to view them, they will not be shown (because, if they are not allowed to view them, we assume they are not relevant for that person).

Let me know if you have any questions about this.
