This should be included in the next build of folio-testing on AWS and the folio/testing and folio/testing-backend Vagrant boxes.

Verified: my back-end VM now has all four codex-relevant modules: multiplexer, mock and two gateways. (Although mod-codex-ekb is no actual use until we have mod-kb-ebsco running, which I think is a bigger job: see FOLIO-992 Closed .)
