 Description

Overview:
When a resource with custom coverage dates from eHoldings is linked to an Agreement as an Agreement line, the custom coverage date does not display in the Agreement line accordion on the Agreement. This is a regression in Morning Glory.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into https://bugfest-mg.int.aws.folio.org/ as admin user
  2. Observe this agreement https://bugfest-mg.int.aws.folio.org/erm/agreements/3b2359c3-fe63-47e7-a7c9-362515376ed9
  3. In eHoldings, verify that the package ABC-CLIO Daily Life Through History has a custom coverage date
  4. In Agreements, go to this agreement: https://bugfest-mg.int.aws.folio.org/erm/agreements/3b2359c3-fe63-47e7-a7c9-362515376ed9
  5. Look at the agreement line ABC-CLIO Daily Life Through History in the Agreement lines accordion.

Expected Results:
In the Coverage column, you can see the custom coverage date from the eHoldings resource.
Actual Results:
In the Coverage column, there is a "custom coverage" symbol, but not the actual custom coverage date from the resource.

Additional Information:
For comparison, look at the corresponding agreement line in Lotus bugfest, where both the symbol and the coverage date are displaying.

Hey Owen Stephens and Jag Goraya. I can reproduce this issue  in Nolana too

The issue is the following

  • Not showing Package custom coverage date
  • Not showing title+package custom coverage date
  • Not showing title+package managed coverage date

The issue seems to be with AGL linked to an EBSCO KB package or title.

Khalilah Gambrell Lisa Sjögren moved into ERM Project - needs some analysis but first glance this looks like a bug on our end somewhere

Support SIG: Owen Stephens will you add a release target on this issue

Former user will do once we've done some analysis of the problem, and if it is indeed a bug in ERM
