 Description

An eResource Manager can update license information for their organisation.

  • No other non-admin roles can create licenses

Workflow Notes

  1. When an authorised user selects a record in the the License search page, an option to edit that record is provided in the expanded preview pane.
  2. When the edit option is selected, a form is presented to amend basic license details.
  3. The user can leave the form without making changes.
  4. When changes are saved, the existing license record is updated.
  5. When the user cancels or their changes are saved, the user is returned to the license search page
    • The new license is selected in the license list
    • The license preview pane is open showing the updated license details.

Assumed: presentation of and interaction with buttons, fields, forms/layers and preview panels are in line with FOLIO UI conventions.

Basic License Details are the same options and constraints as for manually creating a license ( ERM-1 Closed ).

Deliverables/Output

  • Edit License option in License preview pane
  • Edit License UI
