Currently, mod-tlr is handling batch request update events like this:

• Filter only primary requests

• Sort by position

• Find ECS requests by primary requests

• Find all of their secondary requests

• Reorder secondary requests (independently in each tenant)

• Save

Changes in Intermediate request positions will be ignored.

In scope:

• Item level request (ILR) focused

• In addition to primary, handle intermediate request position change

• Find ECS requests by their primary AND intermediate requests

• (already implemented) Reorder secondary requests and save

Out of scope:

• Reordering primary request (Secure tenant) of a secure request triggered by intermediate request (Central tenant) position change.
