Next steps. @Vasilev Sergei will speak to John about this requirement and whether or not it should be done locally, in stripes-component, or change requirement.
IF user selects the Lists app from the universal app header and/or Apps dropdown
THEN focus should shift to Status filter (see screenshot)
Currently it takes 3-4 tabs before user lands on any area of the Lists app.
