Update following permission:

• UI Name: Inventory: Enable staff suppress facet (rename and reconfigure existing permission "Inventory: View instance records being suppressed for staff")
  Users with this permission will see Staff suppress facet in Inventory

  Open

Approach:

Acceptance criteria:

• Existing permission has been updated to support requirements.

• The permission can be assigned or unassigned

• Unit tests are written/updated and they pass (screenshot to be attached)

• Update release notes for new and adjusted permissions
