Hi Folijet UI reviewed this feature. To show the a column with count of users in the Settings, the devs are recommending that the BE provide the info, instead of adding the work on the UI, which will slow it down. I'm going to block this feature as needing BE work
The counts that appear in the Users UI are unreliable above 1,000 but appear as if they are accurate due to their specificity. Counts of users in the various patron groups used to appear in the settings area but were removed in Clover or Daisy as they were counted by the same method as the UI.
The counts in the Users UI should appear as the actual number of results, until 1,001 results are returned, and then the result should say, >1,000.
In the settings app, an actual counting query should return the accurate number and a column with these results should be added to Settings>Users>Patron groups, see attached screenshot.
As a library administrator,
when I need to see the total number of users in each of my designated groups
then when I look in the settings app
Settings>Users>Patron groups, I see a column with an accurate count of the users in each group.
