Reconfigure the UI permissions for the Organizations App

Done

Description

Purpose: To make the Organizations permissions more user-friendly and less backend-oriented. This replaces previous Organizations permissions and the attempted bug fix in UIORGS-76.

As a manager
I want to be able to easily identify the various Organizations permissions
So that I can assign the appropriate ones to various staff members

Scenarios

  1. Scenario 1

  2. Scenario 2

    • Given the Users app

    • What a staff member wants to add Organizations-related permissions to an individual user

    • Then they should NOT see the options show in the attached Remove these Orgs UI permissions.PNG

  3. Scenario 3

    • Ensure automated testing coverage for this new code is 80% plus and confirm with screenshot

Added an acq-demo label to this one - we should show the updated spreadsheet, plus what it looks like when you search "org" in the permissions that can be added to users. Also a good illustration of how Cate would like us to name permissions in the future.

Hi and after much testing on folio-snapshot, all looks good! Great job! See attached excel spreadsheet for the various logons I created and test results.
