Preconditions:

1. User with the following permissions is logged in:
-Inventory: View, create, edit instances
-Inventory: View, create, edit, delete holdings
-Inventory: View, create, edit, delete items
-Orders: Can edit Orders and Order lines
-Orders: Can view Orders and Order lines

2. Title #1 - unique active Instance with holding - is created

3. Title #2 - unique active Instance with holding and at least one item - is created

4. An Ongoing Order #1 in Open status with PO Line #1 exists
4.1. PO Line #1 "Create Inventory" field is specified with "Instance, holdings, item" value
4.2. PO Line #1 Title value = Title #2 created in item #3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to "Orders" app, search for Order #1 and click on it.

2. Expand PO Lines accordion and click PO Line #1.

3. Click Actions->Change Instance connection on "PO Line details" pane.

4. Select Title #1 from Precondition item #2 in "Select instance" modal.

5. Click "How to update holdings" drop-down field in "Change Title" modal.

Actual result:

"Move" option in drop-down list is enabled. 

Expected result: 

"Move" option in drop-down list is disabled.
