I want to be able to delete a course record.

1. Scenario

   • Given the Course App is clicked

   • When displayed

   • Then the two pane view of search & filter and courses column view appears

2. Scenario

   • Given the two pane view of search & filter and courses column

   • When displayed

   • Click on an existing course record

   • A three pane view should appear with a view of the course record

   • Click to edit the record

   • A new icon to delete the record is in the upper right-hand corner

   • When the delete icon is clicked the folio standard messaging for are you sure you want to delete is presented to the user- when confirmed the record is deleted if not is cancelled then user returns back to the edit screen.
