Users require the ability to set a default temporary item location and item loan type for items that are placed on reserve. Both the location and item loan type field options
will provide a selection list pulled from Tenant>Locations, and Tenant>item loan types respectively.

The location and service point selected here will then be the default temporary location and temporary item loan type for an item that is placed on reserve. (However the user will be able to change these on an item by item basis as not all reserves live in the same place)

2018 Course Reserves-----

Course need to be associated with check out desks (service points) but service point should not limit where the item/ copy can be checked out.

Assumptions - Associate Courses with default location and Service point
The Service Point provides information for the patron as to where they will need to go to checkout the items that are in a Course Reserve listing
The Service Point also provides information to FOLIO for routing purposes

Example: 10 items are housed at the Institution A, at campus AB, at library ABC, on shelf Y, and has the ability to be checked out at desk Y. Five of the ten items are highly used so they have multiple copies on reserves in a different location and check out desk = Institution A, at campus AB, at library BBB, on shelf X, has the ability to be checked out at desk V

the items can be returned to either Y or V - but there would need to be routing rules to get the items back to their "temporary location" locations.
