Revisions to check-in screen - Ability to reset check-in date and time after back dating

Description

Three separate pieces of information (item status, existence of requests, and workflow) were previously grouped in one field (status), and may now need to be represented differently on the check-in screen.

Backdating check in: how to display when backdated by several days, and how to clear a backdated time without clearing the session history.

Link out to request details if checking in item makes it awaiting pickup or in transit to fulfill request.

Not needed because Ending the checkin session is a reasonable workaround.

Chicago comment from Round IV Outliers spreadsheet: This could be split into two with different priorities. The go-live part is to accommodate the 3-part item state. (but not show-stopper)The backdate loan functionality we definitely want, but could wait a little bit. -Tod Olson

is this being worked on now in Q2? It looks like the only associated feature (UICHKIN-103) is being worked on.

This is in the round IV implementers list, which is why I'm looking at it.

May be duplicate with , unless it's scoped to cover the transitions between different states.
