Requests - settings for automatic printing of slips at checkout/checkin/renew

Description

Purpose: Implement service-point-specific settings for which slips print automatically at checkin/checkout/renew, including a mechanism for temporary changes to be made to these defaults on-the-fly by staff. Mechanism for on-the-fly changes are envisioned to be similar to the back-dating checkin feature.

@Theodor Tolstoy (One-Group.se), I know Chalmers only has a few service points. Any chance we can assume the default print setting is print by default for all Service points for your go-live? We will definitely have the ability to override at check in.

This is what we have today:

The check in modal has a print slip option which is checked by default
You can uncheck the print slip option at the time of checkout

It would be great if this could suffice for Q1. Let me know.
