Support has/has not filter for Licenses

Current situation or problem:

It is sometimes useful the user to be able to find Licenses or Amendments that do/do not have particular sets of objects linked including:

For Licenses:

• Alternative names

• Internal contacts (contacts)

• Organisations (orgs)

• Core documents (docs)

• Supplementary documents (supplementaryDocs)

• Amendments

• Tags

For Amendments

• Core documents (docs)

• Supplementary documents (supplementaryDocs)

• Tags

In scope

Addition of filters for has/has not each of these objects in Licenses and Amendments search & filter views

Out of scope

Filters based on the number of linked items (e.g. "find all licenses with >1 amendment)

Filters for other properties that aren't a 'set' on the object (e.g. the License start date is a single property not a set of things, and so not covered by this story)

Use case(s)

Find all the licenses with an amendment

Find all licenses lacking core documents

Find all licenses without an Internal contact specified
