Current situation or problem: A few default MARC Bib-to-Inventory Instance changes are needed, to allow for more detail and differentiation in the instance, especially in relation to LC migration
In-scope changes:
Add identifier type Canceled LCCN and map to 010 $z
Update default mapping to include mapping for Canceled LCCN
Create script to update tenant mapping rules to include mapping for Canceled LCCN
