Related to https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-4336#icft=UXPROD-4336, which focuses specifically on support for the MARC standard (and changes to MARC). 

Whereas https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-4290#icft=UXPROD-4290 has a broader scope, anticipating needs for supporting other metadata standards (TBD)
