In the Inventory app, allow items with a status of Order closed to be marked missing or withdrawn

Description

Discuss with all item record stakeholder POs before moving forward, and confirm most-appropriate dev team

Current situation or problem:

Currently items with a status of Order closed can be marked a number of different statuses from the Items action menu in the Inventory UI.

Two new statuses need to be added - Missing and Withdrawn.

In scope

  • Changes to the Action menu to ensure that Missing and Withdrawn can be used.

Out of scope

  • Changes to backend modules

  • Changes to permissions.

Use case(s)

  • The status Order closed is intended to reflect when an order is open, an item is created, but then the item is not received. Libraries may wish in those cases to change the item with Order closed to another status like Missing or Withdrawn, depending on local practices.
